I’m a grandmother, a certified nutritional therapist, and someone who has spent years learning what’s really in our food. I’d love to welcome you into my kitchen.

I created the Clean Comfort Pantry Method to share everything I’ve learned about feeding a family better, the same way a grandmother would, right at the kitchen table. No lectures, no guilt. Just simple wisdom and practical swaps.

My Story

Where comfort food meets clean living

I have always been a foodie.

Cooking and serving meals to my family and friends has been one of my greatest joys. It’s my love language. The traditional foods I grew up with became the centerpiece of every gathering in my home. Food meant connection, comfort, and deep relationships.

And like most people, I never questioned it. If it was on the grocery store shelf, it had to be good. Right?

Until one day, everything changed.

I received a phone call. The kind no one ever wants to get. Suddenly, I found myself in a life-threatening situation that required me to make drastic changes.

That’s when I chose a different path. Instead of going the conventional route, I stepped into a holistic approach to healing. And what I discovered shook me.

Nearly everything in my pantry had to change.

Not my health. And not the joy of food. So I began to learn. I researched. I tested. I failed. I tried again.
